As a new Anthem member, you and your enrolled family members will each receive new ID cards from Anthem. If you need assistance or just want to check on the status of claim you can call our Anthem dedicated customer service number at 1-833-952-2042. It is also a good idea to register on Anthem.com so you can find what you need at your convenience.

You also have the option to go mobile by downloading the Anthem Sydneysm Health App to your mobile phone.
By registering with Sydney, your medical and Rx plan information will be readily accessible from your phone.
